How long will my carpets take to dry?
Carpet Cleaning Windermere
On average, around 2-4 hours, but again, the time it takes to dry the carpet depends on variables. How big the area is, how thick the carpet is and of course, how dirty it is, all affect the drying time. A heavily soiled carpet takes more going over than one with less foot traffic. Therefore, it may take longer to dry. Rest assured, we use the best equipment to ensure quick dry times. Our hot water extraction system removes 95% of the water it puts into your carpets.
Will I have to clear the furniture out of the room for carpet cleaning?
Carpet Cleaning Morecambe
Yes, we would expect the room to be as clear as possible to allow us access. We are happy to move light furniture around on the day when practical, but we are unable to clean anywhere left inaccessible.
Do you use any specialist products?
We are proud to say that all the products we use here at Eco Clean are environmentally friendly. That means we don’t use harmful chemicals or additives to clean your carpets and upholstery. Our carpet cleaners are all NCCA-accredited and therefore trained to use specialist techniques to lift stains and odours.
Are you insured in case of damage?
Yes, we have full public liability insurance along with specialist insurance because we are NCCA-accredited. Our qualifications and extensive training greatly reduce the chance of any mishaps.
Do you guarantee stain removal?
No, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee stain removal. However, we will provide a free, no obligation assessment of your carpet and or soft furnishing cleaning requirements. From this assessment, we will be able to give you a better understanding of how likely it is that the stain can be lifted.
What Qualifications and Accreditations do you have?
We are NCCA-accredited, which means our staff have undertaken in-depth training to become accredited. As the only nationally recognised trade association, the criterion for accreditation requires an extensive understanding of cleaning & maintenance of carpets and soft furnishings.
